Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Paidloop. By creating an account you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.

The service

Paidloop connects to your invoicing tools and sends first-party payment reminders to your customers by email, SMS and automated voice call, stopping automatically when an invoice is paid. You are the sender of these reminders; we act on your instructions and on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm the invoices are genuine debts owed to you, for goods or services you provided.
  • You have a lawful basis to contact each recipient and will honour opt-outs.
  • You will use the service in line with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

Plans, trials & billing

  • The Free Cashflow Audit requires no card.
  • Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) include a 14-day free trial and require a card to start.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • AI voice minutes are included per plan (Pro 120, Business 500); usage beyond the allowance is billed per minute.
  • Fees are charged in NZD or USD as shown at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Not debt collection

Paidloop is a first-party reminder tool and is not a third-party debt-collection agency. You may not use it to collect debts you do not own. We are not a party to the underlying invoice or any dispute between you and your customer.

Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is". We may update features and these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
